"The purpose of the festival is to celebrate Hispanic culture while partnering with organizations, such as the Farmers Market and other organizations and businesses in the area, to kind of bring that celebration together," Abril Reyes said. "It's also about celebrating the beauty of Hispanic culture, while also celebrating that through food, music, dance, all of that."
